I offer a New Client Wellness package that takes place over 3 sessions.

Includes:
  • Whole body intake and clarifying goal setting session (80 minutes)

  • Two follow-up coaching sessions to guide and support (45 minutes each)

  • Personalized Diet, Lifestyle + Herb Plan: Customized power foods for your unique constitution, daily flow, personalized recipes, self-care practices and a grocery list to get started

  • Initial consultation (80 mins)

  • 2 Follow-up sessions with video chat (45 mins each)

Continuing Appointments (45 mins): $75
