Gratitude + Roots

To my teacher, Shunya for offering her lived wisdom of Ayurveda and Vedanta with such generosity and love. To Ayurvedic chef, Sanjay Mathur for inspiring a love of creative cooking within me. To my professors, Dr. Abihit Jinde and Dr. Mahesh Sabade for showing me how Ayurveda can truly bring about health and vibrant living to the body, mind and spirit.
